At Maison Montiqué, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and want you to shop with confidence.

Exchanges

If your set is too big or too small, we are happy to offer a size exchange, subject to availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size only

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns & Store Credit (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return your item due to a change of mind, we do not offer monetary refunds.

Instead, eligible returns will be issued store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as exchanges

  • Store credit is issued once the return has been received and approved

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
